Our 5th Gen 4Runner Scheel-mann seat mounting solution is the result of rigorous testing and refinement. We've prioritized a precise fitment: maintaining minimal seat rail height while accommodating the fore/aft motor, occupancy sensor, seatbelt sensor, load-cell array, and SRS computer. 
 
Keeping Toyota’s sensors in use means all of your 5th Gen 4Runner's SRS airbag functions work as originally designed by Toyota. This is of course except for the in-seat airbag you remove when upgrading to any aftermarket seat. That specific SRS airbag circuit is remedied with a custom airbag proxy included as part of the kit.
 
This is the ONLY kit on the market that will seamlessly allow scheel-mann's KLIMA  and non-KLIMA seats to be mounted into the Toyota 5th Gen 4Runner AND solve the airbag dash light issue. This is a vehicle specific, custom-fit bracket, not a universal one-size-fits-all mount.
 
Scheel-mann's the KLIMA seats come with seat heater, seat coolers, and aftermarket harness/switches. We include a harness extension for use with the scheel-mann seat heater wiring harness.
